hey love,

We built She Is Me by asking ourselves one question: what did the woman we used to be actually need?

We built She Is Me by asking ourselves one question: What did the woman we once were actually need?

She needed a room where nobody interrupted her. She needed permission to fall apart without someone rushing to fix her. She needed other women close enough to see her properly — and to not look away.

Was it a room to speak where nobody interrupted her? Was it permission to fall apart without someone rushing to fix her?

Women need other women close enough to see themselves properly - and to not look away in the hard times.

Most of us learned to swallow it. Our mothers swallowed it, and theirs did too. We were handed silence and told it was strength, and we got so good at carrying it that we forgot we were allowed to put it down.

Most of us learned to suppress. Our own mothers did it, and their mothers likely did too. We were taught silence and told it was strength, we got so good at carrying the load that we forgot we were allowed to put down what wasn't ours to carry in the first place.

Four days won't undo generations. But it will show your body that another way is possible — and then we stay with you for six weeks while you practise it.

Four days won't undo generations. But they can show your body that another way is possible. And the real support doesn't end when you leave. For the next six weeks, we'll be there beside you as you integrate what you've uncovered, practice new choices, and begin bringing that change into your everyday life.

If you're tired of being the strong one, you're in the right place.

I’M READY TO CHOOSE MYSELF

four days

What you'll actually feel

Day One

Safe enough to finally open up

Being cared for as a mum without having to ask · Saying the hard things you've held onto for years · Looking someone in the eyes and feeling understood · Being fully heard, with no one cutting in

Day Two

The day your spirit roars

A silent sunrise · breathwork · somatic movement · rage release with the medicine drum · fire ceremony, witnessed as you let it go

Day Three

Back inside your own body

Gentle movement · eye gazing · womb activation and sound healing · forgiveness work and the handprint ceremony

Day Four

Landing soft, and going home different

Yin and restorative yoga · a final breathwork journey · closing circle · dancing as we say goodbye

four days

What you'll actually get

Day One

You stop pretending you're fine

You put down the mask, soften the walls and stop performing, you allow yourself to be honest with how you've been feeling in life.

Day Two

You stop swallowing it down

Express your truth, set yourself free!
You're given the space to be held and heard to speak what is real for you.

Day Three

Meet the woman underneath it all

You slow down enough to hear yourself again. The woman beneath the roles, the expectations, the guilt and the constant giving in. You will remember what truely lights you up from within.

Day Four

You don't go home alone.

You leave with more than memories. You leave with women who have seen you, heard you and walked beside you. The retreat ends. The support and friendships don't.

Before you decide

Questions you might be holding

Do I have to share, or do anything I'm not ready for?

Do I have to share, or do anything I'm not ready for?

No. Everything here is an invitation and you always have a choice. Nothing is forced. You know your body better than anyone — if something feels like too much, come and find us and we'll help you work out the difference between discomfort and danger. Discomfort isn't always a warning; sometimes it's just unfamiliar.

No. You always get to choose. Nothing is forced. You know your body better than we do. If something feels like too much, come and find us and we will help you work out if it is just new or if it is too far. New things often feel scary at first, even when they are good for you.

What actually happens across the four days?

Is this right for me?

Day one is about safety — a silent arrival, a welcome circle, and dinner together. Day two is the deepest work: a silent sunrise, breathwork, somatic movement, rage release and a fire ceremony at night. Day three brings you back into your body with sound healing, havening and forgiveness work. Day four is soft — yin, breathwork, a closing circle, and dancing before you leave.

This is for you if you are the one who holds everything.

You are the one everyone leans on. You are the one who knows where everything is, what time it starts, and who needs what. You are the one who keeps going when you are running on empty.

YOU feel like no one really hears you.

Everyone leans on you and no one asks how you are. You cannot remember who you were before everyone needed you.

This is not a spa weekend.

Is this therapy?

No. This is a supportive, experiential retreat — not clinical treatment, and not a substitute for therapy or medical care. [ADD: your and Jess's qualifications and modalities, and who this retreat is not suitable for.]

What does it cost, and what's included?

What does it cost, and what do I get?

$2,400 per woman. That covers your accommodation, every meal, all workshops, your take-home gifts and the six-week She Is You program afterwards. A payment plan is available at $2,760. If you're unsure whether it's right for you, or you need a custom plan, message us — we'd rather have the conversation.

It is $2,400 per woman. That covers your room, every meal, all four days, your gifts to take home, and the six weeks of support after.

If you are not sure, or you need a payment plan, BOOK A CALL .
We would love to talk it through.

What do I need to bring?

What if I have never done anything like this?

A head torch, a water bottle, and a photo of yourself as a child in a frame. We'll ask for your t-shirt size and any dietary needs when you book, and send a full list two weeks before you arrive.

Most women have not. Nearly everyone comes on their own. Nearly everyone sits in the car park first and wonders if they made the right choice. By the second night you will be sitting with the women who feel like you have known them for years.

What about my phone?

We'll invite you to leave it in your room. Phones are the safest distraction we have, and most of what you came for lives in the quiet. You won't be policed — but you will be encouraged.

What if I need to leave early?

If you choose to leave before the retreat ends, we aren't able to offer a refund. [ADD: your transfer and cancellation policy for before the retreat begins.]

Don't ignore that feeling. Sometimes your soul recognises the places your mind hasn't caught up to yet. Tell us a little about where you are, and we'll tell you honestly whether this is the right room for you.
